Exceptions: 13 tortilla chips. 3 bites chineese food.
1/2 extra energy bar.

Cardio 1 hour- 1/2 Body Combat (knees hurt) so switched to elip and other machines at the Y
Abs 15 min
Eating- PERFECT except:
Went out to Perrys. Ordered Shrimp Cocktail, Ceaser Salad and 1 glass white wine.
So excpetions were: salad dressing, wine, 4 bites of John's potato.
